SENIOR TRANSPORTATION EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGERAs A SENIOR TRANSPORTATION EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER, - you will be leading our sales team to continued success, as well as providing leadership, development, and training to new recruits that join our growing inside sales team. -Being team-centric, yet individually driven will be essential to your success. -You're a great salesperson who has seen much success in your career - pass on that knowledge!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving revenue through coaching and developing new and existing sales reps
• Interviewing and training entry-level sales reps
• Assisting sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue
• Achieve satisfactory net revenue results and market share in relation to preset standards and industry trends -
• Holding the team accountable for daily activity and results
• Ensuring employees maintain the highest level of integrity
• Coordinating the allocation of support staff to accounts with high volumes of business
• Monitoring sales reports, acting as needed, and communicating trends and market conditions to senior leadership
• Working with the Training department to help maintain and continuously enhance sales training programsRequirements:
  • Bilingual preferred(spanish and English)
  • At least 5-7 years prior experience working for a non-asset freight brokerage in a sales capacity preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 5
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate others
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
  • Strong negotiation skills - persuasiveness, aggressiveness, confidence
  • Self-driven with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Proven transportation sales abilityEducation:
    • High school diploma or GED required
