Job Description:
A company is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer
Onboarding Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international portfolios of shift-based businesses, focusing
on Norwegian customers
Provide customers with the knowledge to simplify their scheduling
and HR management processes
Facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup, and
ongoing support for new customers
Required Qualifications
Professional fluency in English and Norwegian
Minimum one year of experience in a Customer Support or Onboarding
role
Understanding of IT systems and ability to learn new systems
quickly
Strong time management skills and a driven, creative mindset
Ability to work independently while sharing knowledge with
others
