Lead a team of fire service technicians to drive profitable growth and meet district objectives in the fire service business.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Supervise fire service technicians and develop business strategies to meet district objectives and drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business.
  
• Maintain effective customer communications and build solid customer relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery, installation and service.
  
• Set fair and manageable territories for technicians and ensure that fair and effective performance measurements are assigned and that employees are motivated to achieve and/or exceed their assigned goals and objectives.
  
• Ensure that all employees comply with corporate safety programs and identify safety issues and hazards and notify corporate safety office of those conditions that require corrective action.
  
  
  Requirements:

  • Demonstrate supervisory/leadership abilities to include training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, district administration and effective interaction with customers.
    
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
    
  • Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer's schedule.
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • BA Degree.
      
    • NICET or other related Certifications.
      
    • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a supervisory position.
