A company is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Key Responsibilities

Completes daily progress notes and assessments related to treatment plans
Instructs staff and educates patients/families on caregiving and home exercise programs
Documents treatment clearly and collaborates with team members for effective patient care

Required Qualifications

Certification in Basic Life Support
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with a valid VA License
Graduate of a licensed physical therapy assistant program
Associate degree from a licensed physical therapy assistant program
New graduates are welcome to apply
