Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Research Project Manager to
coordinate and manage research program grants and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 15-25 distinct research projects and oversee
project managers
Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship in research project
management and implementation science
Contribute to business development and assist in formulating
program strategies and goals
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant work
experience, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing, mentoring, and leading staff
Strong knowledge of state government and/or Medicaid programs
related to health equity
Understanding of quality improvement or systems change in health
care
