to drive customer success initiatives and optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize end-to-end customer success operations
Define, track, and analyze key customer success metrics and
performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success
operations with revenue strategies
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in customer success operations or a similar
role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and customer success
platforms (Catalyst, Gainsight)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and
reporting
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Solid understanding of customer success principles and best
practices
