Job Description:
A company is looking for a RCM Wound Care Collections Specialist
responsible for managing third-party payer collections.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable agings and resolve claims promptly
Review payer denials and submit appeals for payment success
Conduct insurance reverification and process third-party payer
correspondence
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent preferred; minimum five years
related experience
Five years of wound care billing/collections experience
preferred
Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of insurance guidelines including Medicare and
Medicaid
Ability to operate Express/HDMS/Waystar proficiently
